2013/ 18-23

So... I got a little behind... life gets in the way of best laid intentions. So today is Catch-up day! :-)

Day 18: Hand and footprints in chalk (obviously someone put their hands down on their dismount!)

Day 19: Sunrise through a grove of Pecan trees.

Day 20: A proud Level 2 (she did well!)

Day 21: Level 3s and 4s who did wonderful!

Day 22: My mustached Prep Optionals

2013/17

Day 17: Stuffed animals or a favorite something.

My favorite wall in the gym... covered with hard earned banners from the gymnasts from 3 years.

Stuffed animals- I love my Aflac Racing Duck and have always loved Mickey in the Sorcerer's Apprentice.

Day 16: Jumbled

Jumbled mess of crayons.

Jumbled ribbons- I give my gymnasts a ribbon at each meet. Small ones for an 8.0 on an event or a 35.0 all around and a larger one for a 9.0 on an event or 36.0 all around.

Day 15: Nut. I took this figuratively and this concert was one of the craziest nuttiest things I've ever been to.

Day 15: A picture I took at the Garth Brooks concert in Nashville for the flood relief. I love this picture... this was after his 3rd encore and the crowd still wanted more (of course). This was show 7 of 9 he played and still it was amazing!

2013/13,14

Day 13: A smile- they loved jumping into the foam pit (since we don't have one in our gym!)

Day 14: Different lighting. I loved the trees bordered by the rising sun.

Day 11: Climbing- I love seeing new growth climbing out of the leaves- spring flowers are almost here!

Day 12: Self portrait- I will be losing weight this year so this gives me a great starting picture.

So... pneumonia and doctor appointments make life challenging... but maybe I'll catch up!

Day 8: Discouraged- Its so hard waiting your turn!

Day 9: Peaceful- This place is so beautiful (Atlantis)

Day 10: Real Life- this is what I laugh at all day long at the gym :-)

I started a January photo challenge... a few days late... but better late than never! Today's challenge was fur. I love the fur on Piper and she really blends in lurking around our yard. I call her the little huntress which she is. I'm glad she transformed into a mouser after moving outside!

Being sick is one thing... being sick at work is something totally different. Here's hoping that my antibiotics kick in quick... cause they're sure taking their time!

Okay... so I'm making my resolution to take/post a new picture every day for the year. Sadly, it's January 2nd, so I've already missed a day! So two pictures today and one daily for the rest of the year... hopefully I can do this!
